Questions & Answers

Whether you're launching a brand new business or need a website refresh, we know there’s plenty of questions when you’re choosing who to work with for your website design.

Squarespace Design

Why Squarespace?

Squarespace lets us fully customize websites that are easy for business owners to use when our website design process is complete.

Alternative Services

Any other platforms?

When we started, we determined that Squarespace is the best platform for our clients. WordPress, Wix, and ShowIt sites are not currently available.

Website Templates

Do you have templates?

Not currently! Every website is handcrafted to create a uniquely-branded online home with an intentional user experience.

“If I could give them ten stars instead of five, I absolutely would. Whenever I sent an email they always acknowledged it, even if it was just a minor detail. Bryan was always polite and courteous, even with my significant amount of revisions I requested.”

The Process

Do I have to write all of my copy?

We proudly offer copywriting services in our standard package price. However, we still need specific information unique to your business to build out certain pages.

How does payment work?

Projects start with a deposit, a second installment halfway, with the balance due upon completion. Your Squarespace subscription is paid separately. Reach out for a quote!

How long will it take?

Our design process is typically six weeks. We provide a detailed schedule to keep your project on track and help you prepare for your website launch.

What about revisions?

Each project has two thorough rounds of revisions to refine your website. Before we start, our questionnaire helps us discover what you need.

Will you update my website?

We’re always here to help. Our 12-month complimentary design support includes personalized video walkthroughs as well as unlimited emails and phone calls to help you with your website. Page additions and edits can be requested for an added cost.
